Hello! How are you doing today? I am doing fantastic! How exciting to be starting a movie review blog, right? I thought that I would take the opportunity to present this idea to you all. I also thought I’d introduce myself. For those of you who don’t know me very well, my name is Aire and I love movies! For those of you who do know me, you already knew about my passion for movies and television. Are you wondering why I have decided to do this? It’s ok if you aren’t, but I am going to tell you anyway. I feel as though I have been receiving a lot of signs lately that I should try writing about movies, because I love to talk about them so much. I learned about blogs in social media in a class today, so I thought, “What a great idea. Maybe that’s how I can practice my writing skills, and get to talk about something that I love, simultaneously.” Also, I am heading into the last month of my junior year in college, so I will have much more time after the semester concludes (at least for a few weeks) to write about the movies that I see. I do admit, I love musical movies and Disney films above all else. So, that will likely be what a majority of my short but sweet reviews will consist of. That’s a warning for anyone who doesn’t want to read reviews on Disney and other musical films! I’m likely going to have my first review up in the next couple of weeks, so “be prepared” (I love The Lion King!)
In case you are curious, I am not going to tell you what movie the review is going to be about.
